Design is driven by standards and material data, not by redrawing: conductor, insulation, screen, armour and sheath are configured layer by layer, each with its own material, tolerance and consumption norm. The 2D cross-section and 3D preview update as you configure, and the resulting structure becomes a real BOM with routing and cost — so a quotation reflects the cable you would actually manufacture. Metal content is priced against the current LME base, so re-quoting after a price move is a recalculation rather than a project.
